SprutCAM Wire EDM operations allow the creation of 2D\2.5D internal and external contour machining.
There are also advance 4D machining strategies with automatic, interactive and perfect synchrononization working with either 2D drawing or 3D cad model.
Machining technology database can be created for each machine and and the many possibilities for multiple cut ensure the best surface accuracy with minimum user input.
Automatic, interactive and accurate placement of "bridges" for connected features prevent part dropping out of the workpiece. Hole position for the wire threading position can be created for the hole drilling procedure.
